✦Order Cancellation

➥If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us at within 24 hours after you place the order. We will cancel your order and refund you within 2 business days.

✘We can't cancel the order after the bike has shipped.



You can return any bike purchased from our site in a new and unused condition within 30 days.

Return Reasons:

1. The Bike's Problem

If it is the bike's problem that caused the return, we will pay for the return shipping fees. To start a return, you can contact us at We will reply to you in 24hrs. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

If you are approved, you will get the full refund within 2 working days.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please do not return your product to us before we authorize a written return.

2. Your Personal Reasons:

If you ordered the product incorrectly (for example, you purchased the wrong model or the wrong color or you don't want it anymore). You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for the returned items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

➥To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition (including the box) that you received it, unworn, unused, and the bike must have less than ten (10) miles on the odometer, be free of any wear and tear, dirt, dust, fragrance, or any other signs of use and must include all items that were inside the box (charger, keys, hardware, etc.).

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us by email at immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We will reply to you in 24hrs.


We only replace items that are severely damaged or extremely damaged. If you think you are eligible for exchanges, please send an email to We will reply to you in 24hrs.

Note: the following situations will be seen as normal and will not apply to the free replacement or refund policy:

  • A) Minor damage to the outer packaging.
  • B) Minor scratches or paint loss on the product.
  • C) Damage to parts or wearing parts after excessive use.
  • D) Damage to parts or wearing parts after using for a certain while or a certain number of times.


After receiving and checking your return, we will notify you to approve or reject the refund. If the bicycle is in poor condition after receipt, we reserve the right to withhold a full refund. If you have owned a bicycle for more than 30 days or have ridden a bicycle, the bicycle cannot be returned.

If you are approved, you will get the full refund within 2 working days.

➤Exchange (Only for Non-quality Products)

➥We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. The return e-bike should in good shape, not effect our second sell. Only for the unworn, unopened package, unused, and the ebike must have less than ten (10) miles on the odometer.

➥If you need to exchange the models or different color must with in 30 days. Please send us an email at and send your item to our after-sales's address.  $160/pc for the return fees and must pay the corresponding price difference.
