All of our WTVA bikes have a 1-year warranty service within 12 months from the date of shipment.

Please note that the warranty is not transferable and only applies to the original owner.

The scope of the warranty:

Including bike body and frame parts, batteries, power system.

We will replace any parts that are deemed damaged during transportation. Please note that shipping damage must be reported to us within 30 days of arrival. This applies to all products, including bicycles and accessories.

Incorrect maintenance, failure to take necessary precautions, exposure of bicycles and batteries to severe weather conditions, such as very humid, hot or cold environments may invalidate the warranty.

Unauthorized changes or repairs are not included and may invalidate this warranty.

Parts (chains, tires, wheels, inner tubes, battery handles, brake pads, cables and shells, handles and spokes) that will wear out under normal use are not covered by the warranty. You are responsible for replacing and maintaining these wearing items.

Please provide the order number and other proof of purchase on our website.

Please provide us with photographic evidence so that we can view and send replacement parts. We may need other documents (such as videos) to help accurately diagnose problems and process warranty claims.
