We are happy to provide you with a free delivery service. When we receive your full payment ( By PayPal), we will try our best to complete your order as soon as possible.
Scope of Free Shipping Service
Please note that we only provide free shipping in the United States, but the following US regions are not covered by our free shipping service:
"Alaska, American Samoa, Micronesia, Guam, Hawaii, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Armed Forces Americas, Armed Forces Europe, Armed Forces Pacific"
We currently do not provide shipping services in these areas.
In addition, we are sorry that we cannot ship the products to some countries/regions outside the United States
Shipping Time
When we received your payment, we usually ship the in-stock products within three working days from the California warehouse. We will indicate the delivery time on the product page, please check it carefully.

Delivery Time

Signature Service

Local Pickup
Our CA warehouse offers pickup, you can choose to go to our warehouse to pick up the order, and we will send you an electric bill of lading to your email, just bring it and show it to our warehouse staff, and you will get your bike after our warehouse confirms the bill's information.

For orders that we have already sent and got a tracking number, we can't change the order information.
Under special circumstances, such as holidays, a large number of orders, and uncontrollable weather, or other special circumstances, it may lead to longer shipping times. In this case, we will mark it on the product page, and we will also send follow-up reminders via email.
