What's your working time?

We are open on the working days, from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. We are not working at the weekend.

Where your bike ship from?

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

When we received your payment, we usually ship the in-stock products within 3 working days from the California warehouse. We will indicate the delivery time on the product page, please check it carefully.

We will send it out via FedEx and the specific delivery time will vary according to your residence. But according to our experience, you will usually receive your goods within 3-9 days.

How long about your warranty?

All of our WTVA bikes have a 1-year warranty service within 12 months from the date of shipment. Including bike body and frame parts, batteries, power system. Please read more on our Warranty page.

What I should do if I don't want to have it?

To start a return, you need to contact us at wtvabikes@gmail.com at the first time. If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please make sure that all products are new and unused, and they are in the same condition as when they were received, and used items are not accepted.

If you ordered the product incorrectly (for example, you purchased the wrong model or the wrong color). You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for the returned items.

If I received is damaged or broken what I should do?

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Please provide us with photographic evidence so that we can view and send replacement parts. We may need other documents (such as videos) to help accurately diagnose problems and process warranty claims.

If I want to Exchanges (if applicable), what should I do?

We only replace items that are severely damaged or extremely damaged. If you think you are eligible for replacement or replacement, please email the support team at wtvabikes@gmail.com

Where I should return to?

Please do not return your product to us before we authorize a written return.

If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If it's your personal reason, you need to send your products back to our after-sales service department in Las Vegas (3111 S. Valley View Boulevard, Suite L109, Las Vegas, Nevada 89102). You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for the returned items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

What's the reason that will cause the shipping delay?

Under special circumstances, such as holidays, a large number of orders, or uncontrollable weather, or other special circumstances, it may lead to longer shipping times. In this case, we will mark on the product page, and we will also send follow-up reminders via email.
